Дорогие гости города Ставрополя, с удовольствием представляем Вашему вниманию новую и уютную квартиру в ЖК Мелодия в северо-западе нашего города. Квартира находится напротив СКФУ г.Ставрополя.
В квартире есть все необходимое, вплоть до минимального набора продуктов. Мы очень постарались, чтобы наши гости были довольны!
Условия проживания и правила, как у большинства! Заселение только по паспорту (+21), фотографируем. В квартире может находиться заявленное количество человек и не более
Не курят и не парят,не приветствуются шумные компании, соблюдаем закон тишины. Нельзя с животными. Бережно относиться к нашему имуществу.
Залог составляет 3000 рублей, который возвращается в день выезда, при соблюдение правильного проживания.
Квартира сдаётся от двух суток. Стоимость одних суток - 2700.
