Сдаётся двухкомнатный уютный дом в хорошем, тихом районе города Ставрополя. Есть всё необходимое для проживания: постельное бельё, полотенца, посуда, средства гигиены. Во дворе дома есть парковочное место на три машины, мангал. Рядом магазины, аптеки, остановка общественного транспорта. Сумма рассчитана на трёх человек , за доп.человека доплата тысяча рублей. Комиссию оплачивает гость. Курить в доме строго запрещено , можно во дворе. Заезд строго по документам ( паспорт, права). Возраст 21+. Беру возвратный залог 2000 рублей, возращаю после уборки дома в течении дня. Дом не для шумных компаний.
