Advantages:

В пешей доступности от центра. Рядом много магазинов и кафе.

Disadvantages:

Была большая проблема с отоплением в нашем корпусе, хозяин сказал, что решит всё, и обещал сделать скидку. Но ни скидку за проживание, ни ремонт отопления мы не дождались. Сломанный диван так и не починили, и для меня полотенца очень пахнут моющими средствами.
