Advantages:

Квартира очень чистая, хорошая кухня с большим обеденным столом. Балкон, лифт, бесконтактное заселение - очень удобно. Парковка вокруг дома плотно заставлена машинами, но место всегда можно найти.

Disadvantages:

Односпальная кровать рядом с диваном - это всё-таки не кровать, а раскладушка.
