Advantages:

Квартира на самом деле хорошая, единственное есть вопросы к постельному белью

Disadvantages:

- Наволочки пахли мужским парфюмом (только в одной комнате), их либо не стирали, либо просто в воде прополоскали минут 15, что запах прежних жильцов остался - На пододеяльнике была растаявшая шоколадка (не пятно, а именно сам шоколад) обычно такое отстирывается, если нормально стирать, но тут видимо не тот случай
