Advantages:

Кондер работал - это плюс.

Disadvantages:

В целом за квартирой не смотрят. Цветы засохшие, посуда грязная, столовых приборов не хватает. Запах неприятный в подъезде и квартире. Бельё то в шкафу было, на кроватях не поменяно было. На троечку в общем.
