Advantages:

Заселился вовремя. Расположение мне подходило, близко к выезду из города.

Disadvantages:

Сильно ушатанная, видавшая виды однушка на первом этаже в старом доме, запахи соответствующие, плюс прокурена жутко. Все очень грязное, особенно пол. На коврике в ванной неизвестно сколько лет назад прилипшая семечка от арбуза и волосняк. Добавляет ощущений камера в квартире, которая смотрит на дверь в ванной) зачем это хозяину? Остается только догадываться)
