Advantages:

Из окна кухни виден Эльбрус. Хозяева контактные. Пошли на встречу, смогли заселить раньше. Для трех людей есть место в 1й комнате. Кухня очень большая. Индивидуальное отопление позволяет настроить температуру под себя.

Disadvantages:

Улучшить нельзя - дом без лифта - 4й этаж. Но пролеты не большие )
